QNX appoints new VP
OTTAWA – Tyler Nelson joins QNX Software Systems as vice president of marketing and business development. Mr. Nelson co-founded startup software vendor YOU i Labs and previously served as VP of business development and marketing at Bridgewater Systems Corp. Prior to his time at Bridgewater, he was VP of global business development at Research in Motion. “Tyler brings more than 20 years of marketing, strategic business development, and management experience to QNX,” says CEO Dan Dodge. “He has an outstanding track record leading two of Canada’s top technology companies through periods of highly successful growth, diversification and globalization.”
