OCM’s Roots moves to marketing
OTTAWA – Ken Roots joins OCM Manufacturing’s marketing team, where he’ll focus on business development. Mr. Roots kick-started the turnkey EMS division at OCM in the late 1990s, and helped position the firm as an original member of the Sparton Alliance, a seven-member, $400-million manufacturing network with participating companies across North America and Europe. He holds a diploma in general arts and science, with majors in business law and psychology, from Algonquin College. He is certified by the Forum for International Trade Training through Carleton University. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and lending his building skills to community projects.
