Allen-Vanguard takes $7-million order
Defence products maker Allen-Vanguard Corp. receives a $7-million order for vehicle-mounted bomb-jamming equipment from an unidentified repeat customer in the Commonwealth. The company’s electronic counter-measures equipment interferes with radio signals used to remotely detonate explosive devices. The order is scheduled for delivery between late fiscal 2009 and early fiscal 2010.
